Bobby Parikh Named Independent Director at Hindustan Unilever

Bobby Parikh, a former CEO of Ernst & Young India, was appointed as an Independent Director to the board of leading FMCG company Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), beginning December 1, 2025. According to a statement from HUL, his nomination is valid for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
