Bobby Parikh Named Independent Director at Hindustan Unilever

Bobby Parikh, a former CEO of Ernst & Young India, was appointed as an Independent Director to the board of leading FMCG company Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), beginning December 1, 2025. According to a statement from HUL, his nomination is valid for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

With decades of experience, Parikh serves as a strategic advisor to numerous global firms and is a director of several companies, including Infosys, Biocon, and Indostar Capital.He has helped Indian and foreign companies navigate India's changing policy environment. In addition to holding high leadership positions, such as country managing partner at Arthur Andersen, he co-founded BMR Advisors and was the CEO of Ernst & Young India.
