Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has appointed Vandana Suri as Executive Director for its Home Care division, effective January 1, 2026. She will succeed Srinandan Sundaram, who has been named CEO of Unilever International. The company announced the leadership change on Monday.

Suri joins the role after serving as General Manager for Beauty & Wellbeing at Unilever Indonesia. She has been part of the Unilever ecosystem since 2011 and has worked across multiple international and domestic business units. Her earlier industry experience includes roles at PepsiCo, Tetra Pak, and Nielsen.

Before moving to Indonesia, Suri led the Skin Care and Colour Cosmetics category in India within Unilever’s Beauty & Wellbeing business. During that period, she worked on expanding the premium skin care portfolio and building growth across new formats and product segments. She also played a role in the global relaunch of Pond’s in 2024.
