Trump Marks 100 Days in Office, Takes a Dig at Opponents

During his 100th day in his second term as president Donald Trump delivered both an achievement summary and made aggressive comments against political adversaries while following a campaign-like format during his speech. Trump addressed his Michigan supporters by declaring it a "revolution of common sense" during which he implemented "profound change" through his presidential platform.
During his second day Trump attacked previous Democratic president Joe Biden as well as Federal Reserve Chairman while ignoring polls revealing his declining support. The illegal migrant numbers have declined drastically under Trump's leadership yet his trading policies pose an economic risk to his presidential term.
"We've just gotten started, you haven't seen anything yet," Trump told the crowd on Tuesday in a suburb of Detroit.
Trump announced that automotive companies were ready to establish new production plants within Michigan during his Michigan rally. Earlier Trump eased his economic proposal by decreasing the level of tariffs on imported vehicles and auto materials since American automakers cautioned about rising costs. During his rally Trump dismissed fake opinion polls which showed his declining popularity.
The Democratic National Committee (DNC) said Trump's first 100 days were a "colossal failure". "Trump is to blame for the fact that life is more expensive, it's harder to retire, and a 'Trump recession' is at our doorstep," the DNC said.
During his Tuesday speech Trump performed a personal voting poll to identify which Biden nickname his audience preferred. He continued to insist he won the election he lost while criticizing his Democratic predecessor's perceived cognitive abilities as well as his swimming appearance. In addition the president attacked US central bank leader Jerome Powell stating he was unsatisfactory in his post.
