Trojan Construction Holding has appointed Eng. Ahmed Al Shamsi as its new Group Chief Executive Officer, marking a leadership change as the company prepares for its next phase of growth and operations.

Al Shamsi brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across industries including construction, infrastructure, oil and gas, utilities, and industrial operations. During his career, he has led large organizations, managed expansion initiatives, and improved operational performance across complex projects and international markets.

Commenting on the appointment, Eng. Hamad Al Ameri, Managing Director and Group CEO of Alpha Dhabi Holding and Chairman of Trojan Construction Holding, said the leadership change reflects the company’s confidence in Al Shamsi’s ability to guide the organization through its next stage of development.

He added that Trojan Construction is a key part of Alpha Dhabi Holding’s construction and infrastructure portfolio. The appointment aims to strengthen the group’s ability to deliver large-scale projects while supporting the UAE’s long-term infrastructure development plans.
