Shravan Reddy has been entrusted with the new position of Director of Food and Beverage by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy, Manyata Business Park. Reddy brings to the position over 14 years of experience in the industry, having been responsible for all restaurants and bars, in-room dining, and events of the hotel.

Reddy has held leadership roles with some of the major hospitality brands such as Hyatt Regency Chandigarh and Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty. His areas of expertise include pre-opening operations, business planning, and managing large-scale international conferences. He has also innovatively changed outdoor space use into dining space use for better operational efficacy.

Shravan, an award-winning industry professional, was an important contributor to the comments made to win the India MICE Award for Best Wedding Hotel and Best Convention Center in South India. His experience for handling India’s largest medical conference was used in the organization of grand opening events.

In his new role, Reddy will develop service standards and implement strategic initiatives in the Food and Beverage division.
