Throughout her career, she has held executive positions at multinational financial firms like UBS AG, where she managed the wealth planning, compliance, and dispute resolution divisions in Asia and the UAE. Janey most recently worked as the Head of Compliance at MidChains, where she implemented fintech-driven compliance frameworks and ensured regulatory alignment with authorities such as the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) and Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority.
