Hexaware CEO R. Srikrishna Named Most Promising Business Leader

R. Srikrishna, CEO and Executive Director of Hexaware Technologies, a global leader in IT services and solutions, was honored as the Most Promising Business Leader at the renowned Times Now Asian Business Leaders Conclave 2025 for the third consecutive year. His audacious transition to an AI-first strategy catalyzed an industry-wide transformation for Hexaware, with 99% of its employees, including executives, trained in GenAI-on-the-job for scalable enterprise solutions. This prescient approach enabled clients to cut costs, thanks to programs like Brainbox, which unlocked 5,906 employee-driven innovations.

  • Global Expansion: Expanding Hexaware's reach into fast-growing markets like the Middle East and simultaneously developing talent hubs in cities such as Bhopal, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, and Dehradun.
  • ESG Leadership: 59% renewable energy utilization, a Silver Medal by EcoVadis in 2024, and having 33.5% female representation against a target of 40% by 2030.
