Fiza Farhan joins 40 Global Leaders - Driving Change Worldwide

One of the Forty Under 40 Global Change makers is Fiza Farhan, CEO of ORA Global Development Advisors and a prominent international expert and counselor on a range of development topics. Young corporate leaders influencing the future of economies, societies, and industries are honored on this esteemed stage. At the Forty Under 40 Global Summit in April 2025 in Dubai, Fiza was honored as the only Pakistani representation among eminent world leaders. In the Sustainable Development category, Fiza, a two-time Forbes “30 Under 30 List of Social Entrepreneurs” honoree (2015, 2016), was recognized for her exceptional contributions to climate action, women’s empowerment, sustainable and collaborative development, and inclusive finance.

Fiza provides expert guidance to multiple organizations such as governments multinational corporations and international agencies at the United Nations while creating policies for gender equality clean energy and inclusive growth. As co-founder of Buksh Foundation together with her Buksh Energy role she launched the Lighting a Million Lives project that brought electricity to 21,000 households through 435 women-owned businesses. Fiza took the position of being both the youngest member and the only Pakistani representative on the UN Secretary-General’s High-Level Panel on Women’s Economic Empowerment while assuming leadership for Punjab’s Task Force on Women Empowerment.
