Du Appoints Amna Al Akraf as Chief Internal Auditor

Du, the premier provider of telecommunication and digital services, has appointed Amna Al Akraf as its new Chief Internal Auditor. Amna has more than 14 years of experience in the field, and has accomplished expertise and proven records in corporate governance, risk management, and internal audit. Before joining Du, she was the director at the Financial Audit Authority in Dubai, where she played a key role in implementing governance framework and significantly improving financial and operational performance across several sectors.

Throughout her career, Al Akraf has some notable achievements; for instance, establishing the first Audit Conference of the Dubai Government, leading the AUDIT team in the Dubai Government Excellence Program, and contributing significantly to the establishment of several critical governmental frameworks. She is a CPA-qualified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a master's degree in International Business Law from The British University in Dubai.
