Aon Names Jennifer Richards as CEO for Asia Pacific

Aon plc, a global leader in professional services, has announced the appointment of Jennifer Richards as CEO of Asia Pacific, effective March 1.

Richards takes over the role from Anne Corona, who has recently been appointed CEO of Enterprise Clients and Global Chief Commercial Officer. In her new position, Richards will collaborate with the Asia Pacific Executive Committee to strengthen the firm’s regional capabilities, create unique value for clients, drive growth and financial performance, inspire colleagues, and execute the 3x3 Plan. She will report to Lori Goltermann, CEO of Regions, join the Aon Executive Committee, and relocate from Australia to Singapore in the coming months.

Richards has been with Aon in Australia for 13 years, building a strong reputation as a committed and passionate colleague. She has helped Australian, regional, and global clients make informed decisions to tackle their risk and people challenges. Most recently, she served as Head of Australia, where she successfully nurtured key client relationships and implemented the firm’s 3x3 Plan to drive growth and enhance capabilities across all solution areas.

Before joining Aon, Richards held various senior management positions at AIG, focusing on its Financial Institutions and M&A divisions in North America. Prior to her career in insurance, she worked as a corporate and securities lawyer at Sidley Austin LLP in New York City.
